Terms of Use — Touristify Tourism LLC

Welcome to Touristify Tourism LLC (“Touristify”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing and using our website, booking channels, or services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.


1. About Touristify

Touristify provides travel planning, booking facilitation, concierge services, and curated experiences in Dubai and across the UAE. We work with licensed and vetted tourism operators, hospitality providers, and logistics partners to deliver premium travel experiences.

Except for experiences operated directly by Touristify, we act as an intermediary and booking facilitator.


2. Use of Website & Services

You agree to use our website and services responsibly and not to:

  • Violate any applicable UAE or international laws
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Interfere with website security or systems
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our platform or data
  • Harass or harm Touristify personnel or partners

We may suspend access if misuse is detected.


3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have legal capacity to enter into agreements
  • Provide valid contact and payment information

Minors participating in experiences must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.


4. Bookings & Payments

  • Bookings are confirmed only after payment is successfully completed and a confirmation message/email is issued.
  • Prices are listed in AED unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment is processed through secure and PCI-compliant platforms (e.g., Stripe).
  • Touristify does not store full payment card details.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy, available on our website.

Certain experiences (e.g., aviation, luxury yachts, exclusive desert safaris) may follow stricter supplier rules. These will be disclosed prior to booking.

Touristify reserves the right to cancel bookings for safety, operational, or regulatory reasons. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or rebooking option.


6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal and contact information
  • Arrive on time for pickups and scheduled experiences
  • Follow safety instructions and operator rules
  • Respect UAE laws and cultural guidelines

Failure to comply may result in denial of service without refund.


7. Third-Party Services

Many experiences are delivered by licensed third-party operators. Touristify is not liable for:

  • Operational decisions or schedule changes by third-party partners
  • Delays, injuries, loss, or damage beyond our control
  • Acts of nature, government regulations, or force majeure events

We ensure all partners are reputable and licensed.


8. Travel Documents & Requirements

Guests are responsible for complying with:

  • Visa and immigration rules
  • Valid identification requirements
  • Age and health restrictions for activities

Government-regulated activities may require passport or Emirates ID data.


9. Technology & AI Usage

Touristify uses technology, automation, and AI tools to assist in:

  • Availability management
  • Booking processing & confirmation workflow
  • Fraud prevention
  • Guest communication

AI systems do not store or sell personal data and operate under security controls and human oversight.


10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including text, graphics, logos, images, and platform code—is owned by Touristify or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Users may not replicate, modify, or distribute content without written permission.


11. Data Privacy

Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UAE & international data protection laws.

By using our services, you consent to data processing as outlined in the Privacy Policy.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Touristify is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking in question.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates become effective upon publication on our website.

Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of revised Terms.
