GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
INSURANCE:
All cars are comprehensively insured with the excess of 1500 dh in case of fault ( not applicable if CDW is availed ) Police report is
mandatory to process any insurance claim.
ALLOWED MILEAGE:
Daily: 200 kms, Weekly: 1400 kms & Monthly: 3000 kms
Excess mileage charges:
1 dh per KM for standard cars and SUV [Nissan, Kia, Mazda, MG, Toyota, Mitsubishi, Hyundai]
2 dh per KM [Volkswagen, Jeep]
4 dh per KM [Audi, BMW, Mercedes]
DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS:
UAE residents: EID front/back & Driver's license front/ back copy.
Tourists: Valid national license OR international license & Passport copy.
Other details required:

Please note that the drivers license should be a minimum of 12 months old, and the age of the driver should be 25 years and above.

Salik : 5.25 & 7.88 incl VAT per crossing.
Traffic fine service charge: 10%
Fuel policy: Same-to-same
Smoking: Not permitted and will be penalized 250 dh plus VAT
